One-Year Limited Warranty

At Insulation Wizards, we stand behind the quality of our work. That’s why we provide a One-Year Limited Warranty covering materials and workmanship against major defects from the date of project completion.

This warranty applies exclusively to issues arising from the quality of insulation materials or the standard of installation. It does not cover damages or losses caused by external factors, including but not limited to: roof leaks, blocked vents, improper airflow, third-party work, neglect of maintenance, misuse, natural disasters, or unauthorized repairs and alterations.

In the event of a valid warranty claim, Insulation Wizards reserves the right to:

• Repair the defective area

• Replace the affected insulation

• Provide a refund or credit up to the value of the contract

These remedies represent the full scope of our warranty commitment. No additional warranties, expressed or implied, apply beyond what is stated.

General Terms & Conditions

Liability:
Insulation Wizards is not liable for damages resulting from unforeseen circumstances such as transportation issues, water damage, structural shifts, or external forces beyond our control. While we follow industry best practices, we cannot assume responsibility for conditions outside the scope of our work.

Materials:
Any remaining materials at the end of the project remain the property of Insulation Wizards, with no credit due to the customer.

Customer Responsibilities:

• Provide necessary utilities (electricity, access, ventilation) during the project

• Ensure the worksite is prepared, especially for spray foam applications, by vacating and cleaning the designated area

• Acknowledge the risk of minor incidental damages when work is performed in attic spaces. If such damage occurs, Insulation Wizards may provide repair quotes but holds no direct liability.

Change Orders & Insurance:

• All change orders or additional work must be documented and approved through our formal procedures.

• For insurance-based projects, Insulation Wizards is authorized to communicate with and receive direct payments from the insurance provider. In cases where coverage is denied, the agreement may be terminated.

Compliance:
All work will be carried out in accordance with applicable laws, safety standards, and insurance requirements.

Payment Terms:
Payments are due as outlined in the contract. Overdue invoices are subject to late fees or other remedies as specified. Cancellations are permitted only under defined conditions where a project is deemed non-feasible.
